"We bought a poly table YEARS ago. One of the swivel chairs finally went bad. I called Patio Casual just wanting to know where I could get replacement parts. They said they had to look up my purchase and would get back to me. I thought I wouldn’t hear from them for a week. Was called back the next day, emailed pictures, then told to bring my chair in because they thought they had the part. My chair was back in my truck in half an hour. Customer service is top-notch! I would definitely go back here to make any other furniture purchases."
